お支払いについて（About payment）

お支払い方法：代金引換・PayPal(海外のみ)

誠に恐縮に存じますが、お買い上げ方法は代金引換にて承っております。

お支払い金額：(商品代金＋送料及び代引き手数料)×（消費税）

お買い上げ商品代金に、送料及び代引き手数料（1,200円）を加えた金額に消費税がかかります。

配送方法：宅配便

離島・遠隔地(北海道、四国、九州、沖縄)は送料が少し高くなります。

返品/交換について

・未使用及び商品の価値を損なわない状態の場合に限ります。
・返品の際の送料はお客様負担となります。
・ご希望によりカットした商品についての返品はお断りいたします。

・弊社のロープは日常的な用途を想定して製造されたものです。それ以外の用途につきましては保証しかねます。

Method of payment: Cash on delivery and PayPal (only for foreign countries)

We accept Cash on delivery and PayPal as methods of payment.

Total price: (Merchandise charge + shipping charge + PayPal handling charge)

Delivery method: Door-to-door delivery service

Please note that shipping charge might become a little higher 

if you ask for a delivery in a solitary island or a distant place from our shop

(Hokkaido, Shikoku, Kyushu and Okinawa).

About returning the goods/exchanging.

・ We can accept products return in some limited situations. Above all, the product must be undamaged.

・In case of a return, the shipping cost will be at the customer expense.
・We will refuse any products return that have been cut at special length at your demand.
・ We have recently gotten many inquiries about products that didn’t match our customers’ expectations. We are very sorry about that.

 

However, we would like to remind to our customers that our ropes are intended for ordinary use.
We cannot guarantee their quality for other use. Especially, our ropes aren’t made for being boiled and dyed. Trying that kind of action on them might result in the product getting severely deteriorated. Please be aware of that when purchasing, as we won’t accept returns of products that have been used in those ways.
